We introduce you to the artisan José Luis González Armijo, originally from Pelarco and an expert in the production of stone mortars. The process of making it begins with the collection of bolones, round stones extracted from the rivers of the Maule region.
Using manual tools such as combo, pointer, chisel and specialized machinery such as angle grinders with cutting discs, José Luis manages to shape these unique pieces in a process that can last up to 4 days.
